Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a daunting legal battle following his arrest by federal agents on Monday, September 16.
According to court documents obtained by Page Sixthe disgraced hip hop mogul was hit with three charges: racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The indictment revealed that Combs, 54, allegedly ran a “criminal enterprise” involving serious crimes like sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, and more. Federal authorities claimed that for decades, Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others” to fulfill his desires while trying to “protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.”
Combs’ arrest comes after a month-long criminal investigation, which included raids on his Miami and Los Angeles properties.
The Bad Boy Records founder has faced several sexual abuse allegations since November 2023, when his ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura sued him for ongoing rape and physical abuse over their decade-long relationship.
Although he settled the lawsuit within a day, Combs has since been hit with at least eight other lawsuits with similar accusations.
